What Normal Wear Includes We completely understand that jewelry is meant to be worn and absolutely loved! Normal wear doesn't include:
- Exposure to harsh chemicals, pools, or really tough conditions
- Damage from drops or impacts
- Changes made by other jewelers
- Loss or theft (we really, truly wish we could help with this!)
Making a Warranty Claim
- Contact us with photos of the issue
- We'll lovingly review everything and provide a prepaid return label
- Super quick resolution - repair, replace, or remake as needed
- Back to you - usually within just one week!
