- 30 wonderful days to return for absolutely any reason
- Full refund if it's unworn and in original packaging
- We'll even pay return shipping if it was our mistake!
- 25% restocking fee applies to help cover our processing costs
For Your Custom Pieces:
- 60 full days for any manufacturing issues or our errors
- Exchange or store credit available (since it was made specially just for you!)
- We'll remake it over and over until it's exactly what you dreamed of
When We Absolutely Accept Returns Yes, Yes, Yes:
- We made any kind of mistake in personalization
- Any manufacturing defect or damage
- Item doesn't match our description at all
- Damaged during shipping

- Spelling errors that you provided to us
- Normal wear after you've enjoyed wearing it
